ruffles anyone?

lately i have been playing with different materials to create all sorts of ruffle effects on clothing. most of these are peices i have had for a little while and they just needed a little boost. what better way to create one of a kind pieces and save a little $$ too?! most of these are mine but the yellow and pink is a gift for a daughter of a friend of mine. i hope she likes it.
